Weekend Medical Front Desk - Salmon Creek 2
About the Role
Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Salmon Creek 2 location. To be successful in this role, you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
- Collecting co-pays
- Obtaining and completing insurance information
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
- Strong computer keyboarding skills
Qualifications
The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of this position. This may require that employees have and maintain an activated smartphone that receives text messaging and/or ability to have a required app such as authenticator apps as some job functions require use of multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Schedule
Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm to 11:00pm (20 hours/week). Candidates must be available for a full-time training period lasting approximately 4–6 weeks at the start of employment.
Pay
Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, with an evening differential after 5:30pm of $3.00/hour and a Sat/Sun differential of $2.62/hour. The pay range is $17.31 - $24.24.
