About the role

Experiences and Adventures for All Abilities is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. This position is responsible for planning and executing programs that cater to individuals with various abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inclusive programs that enhance the quality of life for participants.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure all programs are accessible and enjoyable for all participants.
• Assist in the coordination of events and activities to promote community engagement and inclusivity.
• Maintain records and reports related to program activities and participant feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as recreation, disability studies, or a related area.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating inclusive environments and experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques.
• Experience with event planning and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
