Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one nursing care for a 17‑year‑old client with tracheostomy, ventilator, and gastrostomy (G‑tube) needs.
- Work scheduled Saturday and Sunday shifts, each 9 hours in length.
- Administer ventilator, tracheostomy, and G‑tube care as trained.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license (Minnesota).
- Willingness to learn specialized ventilator, tracheostomy, and G‑tube care; no prior experience required.
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with 24/7 team support.

Pay
Base pay range: $25.00–$31.00 per hour for LPNs and $35.00–$41.00 per hour for RNs, based on license, experience, and qualifications. Additional shift differentials: Weekday nights (Mon–Fri) +$1/hour; Weekend nights (Sat–Sun) +$2/hour; Weekend days (Sat–Sun) +$1/hour.
Schedule
Scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday, each 9 hours in length. You choose the shift; weekend and night differentials apply as noted above.
