About the role
At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home. The position is based in South Haven, MN (55382) and involves caring for a 17‑year‑old client who requires tracheostomy, ventilator, and G‑tube support.
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one nursing care in the client’s home.
- Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, and G‑tube equipment.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
- Communicate with family and interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
- Willingness to learn specialized pediatric skills (vent, trach, G‑tube).
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
Licensed practical nurse or registered nurse with ability to work flexible shifts.

Pay
Base hourly range: $25.00–$31.00 for LPN; $35.00–$41.00 for RN, based on license, experience, and qualifications. Shift differentials: Weekday nights (Mon–Fri) +$1/hour; Weekend nights (Sat–Sun) +$2/hour; Weekend days (Sat–Sun) +$1/hour.
Schedule
Shifts are primarily Saturday and Sunday, 9‑hour shifts. Additional weekday night shifts are available with the applicable differentials.
