About the Role
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in King of Prussia, PA and surrounding areas. We provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home, making a difference in the lives of patients and families. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other appropriate personnel.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for the patient.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
