LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Clemmons, NC and surrounding areas. Since 2000, we’ve been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation. Our values are Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed—#HALOS.

Pay

• LPN: $28–$33/hr
• RN: $30–$35/hr

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time shifts available (days, nights, and weekends).
• Flexible/dependable scheduling with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts.
• 1:1 patient care ratio.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
