Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all residential staff during weekend shifts.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding day-to-day operations, staffing concerns, or client needs.
- Respond promptly to urgent situations, incidents, and minor emergencies.
- Aid in managing staffing coverage for weekend call-outs, schedule gaps, and last-minute staffing needs.
- Cook up communication between residential staff, leadership, and on-call management as needed.
- Conduct check-ins with homes to ensure services are being delivered in accordance with agency standards.
- Provide hands-on support within homes when necessary, including assisting as a driver or Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of incidents, concerns, and follow-up needs to leadership teams.
- Help ensure all weekend activities, appointments, medications, and community outings are completed safely and appropriately.
- Maintain availability and flexibility to travel between multiple residential locations throughout the weekend.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of 1+ years supervisory experience. Supervisory experience working with the population served is a plus.
- Valid Drivers License required.
- CMT required.
- Highly organized with strong administrative skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and strong commitment to professional growth.
