Full-time position with a starting hourly rate from $13.50 up to $20.50, based on experience.
About the role
Supply an assembly line or department with the necessary parts used in the production of innovative, high-quality refrigeration products.
Responsibilities
- Provide production departments with material from inventory
- Band, wrap, and/or pack/unpack raw material, and label material
- Build kit carts
- Maintain accurate paperwork and production records
- Provide general preventive maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate forklifts (training provided)
- Operate scan guns and computer
- Load/unlock trucks
- Receive and stage parts from several methods of delivery (e.g., Picklist, Kanban)
- Move objects up to 50 pounds
- Stand for prolonged periods
- Ascend and descend stairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of material handling or warehouse experience
- Prior forklift experience is a plus
- Computer competency: familiar with Microsoft Windows, comfortable navigating screens, and reading/responding to email
- Safety mindfulness: actively notice new things, think while working, and plan ahead
- Attention to detail: pay attention to small details that make a difference
- Teamwork: work well with others and enjoy collaboration
- Organization: believe in “a place for everything and everything has its place”
- Accountability: can be trusted and relied upon

- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Schedule
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (10 hours per day). Mandatory overtime as needed to meet customer demand.
