Job Summary
Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Work together with a team of material handlers and manufacturing technicians to supply automation manufacturing cells with all the materials and components needed for continuous production.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing technicians and warehouse operators to meet the needs of individual manufacturing cells.
- Timely and accurately stage materials and components in accordance with the production schedule.
- Fill trays with parts and components from pallets.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education And Experience
- Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred Skills And Competencies:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support environment.
- Experience working in the medical device industry.
- Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Experience in a start-up production environment is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and transfer loads up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and bend up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift above shoulder frequently and below waist occasionally.
Additional Information
Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $18.86 - $28.29. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
