Wedding & Social Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Event Stylist (Wedding & Event Sales Manager) to join our team at the Elkins Estate. Join us in the hospitality industry and drive revenue while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients for upscale wedding events
• Handle follow-through, bookings, and details
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Manage multiple projects independently
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to execute events per the client
• Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 3+ years Event selling experience in upscale, fine dining event spaces
• Passionate about events and hospitality
• Experience and/or knowledge of event management driven software such as Tripleseat
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Personable demeanor and ability to deliver memory-making hospitable service
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
• Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed guest's expectations
• Strong work ethic and client-focused approach
