Title Development & Editorial Leadership
Oversee and manage a slate of WEBTOON Original series, guiding them from pitch to launch and through ongoing production. Long-term story structure, character arcs, and audience retention. Develop and maintain editorial best-practice frameworks, including evolving Bibles based on platform data, audience insights, and emerging trends. Identify content risks early and propose actionable solutions to maximize title performance.
