We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "ABOUT SECOND HARVEST HEARTLAND" (organization description) and "POSITION SUMMARY". Then "DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES" with subheadings: WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & OPTIMIZATION, ANALYTICS & CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION, ORGANIC GROWTH & DIGITAL STRATEGY, COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP. Then "REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS", "DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS", "VALUES". Also there is metadata: DEPARTMENT, REPORTING TO, STATUS, LOCATION. We should fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with Department, Reporting to, Status, Location maybe. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. All sections have content. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can also use other headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those exact headings? But we can adapt: "About the role" corresponds to POSITION SUMMARY? "Responsibilities" corresponds to DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. "Requirements" maybe REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. "Qualifications" maybe DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS? "Skills" maybe not present. "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" not present (except status part-time hours). There's no explicit benefits, pay, schedule details. So we should not create those sections unless posting actually states them. The posting says STATUS: Part-Time (20-30 hours/ week), hourly, benefits eligible. That indicates benefits eligible but not details. Should we create a Benefits section? It says "benefits eligible" but no detail. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states "benefits eligible" but not details. Might be considered stating benefits eligibility, but not specifics. Safer to not create Benefits section because no detail. Similarly schedule: part-time 20-30 hours/week is schedule info. Could we create a Schedule section? It states schedule. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state schedule (part-time 20-30 hours/week). So we could include a Schedule section with that info. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might be better to fold schedule into a short

metadata. Since schedule is minor metadata, we can fold into a short

. The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

containing Department, Reporting to, Status, Location. That covers schedule. Thus sections: About the role (POSITION SUMMARY), Responsibilities (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES with subheadings maybe as

? But only

allowed for section headings. Subheadings could be

or ? Not specified. We can use

for sub-sections inside responsibilities. Or we can keep them as

as well but that would create many sections. Probably better to use

for sub-sections. The instruction only mandates

for section headings; doesn't forbid other headings. We'll use

for main sections, and

for sub-sections within responsibilities. We need
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So within each duty section we need to convert the bullet points into lists. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points. Let's extract content. ABOUT SECOND HARVEST HEARTLAND: paragraph describing organization. This could be part of About the role? Or maybe separate "About the organization". But instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we could have About the role (position summary) and maybe About the organization? Not listed. Could fold organization description into About the role section as prose. POSITION SUMMARY: paragraph. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: includes subheadings with paragraphs and bullet lists. We need to turn each duty paragraph into

    and bullet lists into

for metadata: Department: External Relations Team – Marketing; Reporting to: Director of Marketing; Status: Part-Time (20-30 hours/ week), hourly, benefits eligible; Location: Hybrid, Brooklyn Park, MN. Then

      About the role

containing the organization description and position summary? Could split: maybe

      About the role

for position summary, and organization description could be a preceding

but not a heading. However instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can have About the role section containing position summary. Organization description could be a preceding

but not a heading; that's okay. Thus:
