Position Summary
As the Website Listings Coordinator, you will be responsible for equipment listings on all websites and platforms. You will manage the submission of manufacturer coop programs to maximize brand participation. Additionally, you will assist the marketing department in all of its marketing efforts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings on company websites and third-party marketplaces, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
- Cooky/upload and maintain product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory status.
- Monitor website listings for errors, discrepancies, or outdated content and implement timely corrections.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure listings align with promotional campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Administer cooperative advertising (co-op) programs by tracking budgets, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for co-op partners, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.
- Support event marketing initiatives and promotional activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- Experience or knowledge of agricultural, lawn & garden, and powersports equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of cooperative advertising programs and processes is highly desirable.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Scheduling Requirements
- Work hours can be between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Minimum of 5 days and 40 hours per week, unless time off is approved.
- Some Saturdays and occasional overtime as needed.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Navigating stairs and inclines.
- Traverse on rock, gravel or uneven ground.
- Exposure to outside elements occasionally.
- Computer use and data entry.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check.
