Job Duties Develop and deploy tracking systems using GA4 and GTM aligned with marketing metrics Maintain website content and ensure consistency across all digital assets Configure event tracking for user actions like conversions and submissions Manage tag deployment and data layer implementation with development teams Conduct regular website audits for content accuracy, SEO, and accessibility compliance Use analytics insights to identify opportunities for usability and performance improvements Job Requirements 2+ years of experience with GA4, GTM, and event tracking techniques Proven track record managing website content through CMS platforms, preferably Umbraco Basic skills in front-end updates using HTML and CSS Understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, and technical site optimization Ability to troubleshoot analytics issues and communicate findings clearly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferences Experience with digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, Google Ads, or Bing Ads Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Looker Studio Knowledge of paid digital advertising and cross-channel measurement Company Benefits Competitive project-based compensation and ongoing training opportunities
