Web Content Specialist

Our client, a leading jewelry retailer, is seeking a fully-remote Web Content Specialist to support a large-scale website redesign and content migration initiative. This role starts as soon as the ideal candidate is identified and will continue for at least 6 months at 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Organize, update, and publish website content within the CMS as part of a broader site redesign and migration effort
• Ensure content accuracy, continuity, and alignment with brand standards
• Perform quality assurance checks across web pages, including validating content, links, formatting, and overall experience
• Partner closely with the eCommerce Director and Content Manager to execute against project timelines, implement feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website content management, digital production, or web publishing
• Hands-on experience working within a CMS platform (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar)
• Strong understanding of QA processes and web best practices
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
• Must be physically located in and perform the work within the United States
