Website Building Specialist

About The Role

Site Building Specialists assists in bringing each website to life and giving general support to the office as a whole. Using WordPress, the Site Building Specialist builds out new websites, using pre-approved content from web content writer, and building the site to look like the pre-approved designs created by the graphic designer. The Site Building Specialist is also responsible for general office assistance and cleanliness.

Essential Job Functions

• Uses the custom built CMS to create pages of website
• Efficiently produce digital layouts by inserting content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, into pre-designed templates for various digital platforms
• Adds the pre-approved content (images and text) into the components to build website on staging environment
• Make content updates to live sites
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to gather layout production requirements and execute on production tasks
• Carry out administrative duties such as scanning, copying, etc.
• Manage multiple layout production projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

• Proficiency in content management tools and platforms, such as WordPress
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and organized
• Willingness to collaborate with other departments
• Self Motivated with excellent time management skills
• General awareness of UX/UI principles
• Critical thinking skills

Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
