Responsibilities
- Create new content for the website and audit existing content.
- Identify strategies to improve website traffic and active users.
- Review launch campaigns, track traffic, journeys, and reengage visitors.
- Evaluate competitor websites regularly and report findings.
- Conduct user research to identify improvements and enhancements.
- Create a clear user journey and maintain data.
- Train new employees on website navigation.
- Manage website translations as needed.
- Maintain media assets using PIM and ensure they flow accurately to the website.
- Run regular reports to find and resolve broken links.
- Work with Marcom to complete web edits, maintain AM contact info, and manage marketing content.
- Ensure website marketing content is updated for new product launches.
- Collaborate with agencies or global web teams to enhance SEO/AEO for US/CA sites.
- Determine appropriate keywords for digital marketing efforts.
- Participate in UAT to ensure websites are functioning properly after major updates.
- Audit AM sites post-major updates to ensure proper functionality and accuracy.
Analytics
- Create and maintain a quarterly analytics dashboard for the website.
- Create and maintain monthly SEO/AEO reporting and recommendations.
Download Center (DLC)
- Maintain the download center, ensuring all documents are loaded promptly, assigned correctly, and functioning on the website.
- Audit the DLC regularly to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Manage media assets within the download center, collaborating with global teams for alignment and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC-literate.
- Strong knowledge/experience with websites (CMS).
- Developed SEO/AEO knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple products, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, proofreading, and creative skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented multi-tasker who can prioritize workload and pay attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Magnolia (or similar) CMS.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
