Responsibilities
- Ensure a "Safety First" attitude and maintain positive communication with clients.
- Supervise, manage, and direct personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments.
- Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules while anticipating and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities to ensure optimal project progression.
- Provide leadership through example, knowledge sharing, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Take ownership of the project P&L and ensure successful completion of highway and bridge construction projects.
- Regularly visit the field to oversee daily activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum of three years managing construction projects over $50M.
- Proficient in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
