Web Support Editor

Duration: 1 month Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours/week) Pay Rate: $32.00/hour Minimum Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Web Support Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating web content with the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor, possesses hands-on experience with WordPress, and demonstrates comfort working in a fast-paced digital environment. Key Responsibilities Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, correct grammar, and consistency with university standardsUpload and optimize images; light image editing or graphic design experience highly valuedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support a wide range of communications, some of which may be sensitive or confidentialCommunicate proactively with stakeholders, initiating conversations and following projects to completionEffectively adopt and manage digital content across various technical platforms (such as WordPress, SEMrush, Funnelback, Localist, etc.)Review and edit web copy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standardsManage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a highly organized manner Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated expertise with WordPress including page creation and editingExperience with image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar)Familiarity with web analytics, SEO tools, and content management platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail; ability to handle projects with accuracy and discretion As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
