Site Support Intern

About the role

Quad is a global marketing experience company that uses a data‑driven integrated marketing and manufacturing platform to streamline solutions, reduce friction, and enhance marketing spend effectiveness. The role focuses on the support, maintenance, and operations of IT systems and related technologies, including troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis while providing professional, courteous, and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep storage areas organized.
• Perform e‑waste disposal and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ship and receive product.
• Assist with ticket resolution as time allows.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for help‑desk calls, supporting the site support team.

Requirements

• Education: Pursuing a degree in an IT field (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
