Web Strategy, SEO & AEO Lead

About the role

Own end-to-end Webflow production for marketing pages, CMS content, and integrations. You’ll partner with design, content, marketing, and growth teams to improve website performance, accessibility, search visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance responsive marketing pages using Webflow.
• Manage Webflow CMS collections, dynamic content structures, and content-update workflows.
• Translate Figma designs into accurate, responsive Webflow implementations.
• Maintain consistent Webflow projects using Client-First or comparable style standards.
• Improve site speed, performance, accessibility, SEO, and AEO.
• Implement A/B tests, conversion optimizations, analytics tracking, and marketing integrations.
• Add custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, third-party integrations, and conduct cross-browser and mobile QA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing Webflow websites.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience implementing Figma designs.
• Experience optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
• Experience creating conversion-focused pages and running A/B tests.
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2+ years of industry experience.
• PREFERRED: Experience with JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript, Webflow API, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clearbit, SEMrush, AI-powered search optimization, Lottie, Rive, no-code tools, React, DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.
