Responsibilities

  • Communicate schedule with milestones, including technical reviews and audits, quality assurance checks, estimated project completion times, and customer acceptance testing.
  • Perform development work in a non-production development environment. A pre-release and/or staging environment that closely matches production will be used to host applications for user testing and evaluation.
  • Provide consulting services and technical support for the creation and maintenance of a development and staging environment.
  • Develop in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (JS), JS-based frameworks (e.g., JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular/TypeScript, React). Experience with object models such as JSON, CSOM, and REST. Familiarity with Vue.js, Backbone.js, Ember, Knockout, Handlebars.js, Node.js, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Test code to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness, with appropriate documentation of testing results.
  • Provide documentation addressing core functionality and capabilities in each product version, including release notes, manuals, and code comments for custom development (new features, changes, or bug fixes).
  • Create end-user documentation such as how-to guides, training guides, and FAQs, delivered via portal wikis or other accessible platforms.
  • Assist the Government in preparing training materials, including delivering user manuals, demonstrating new features, providing sample test data, and preparing scripts to support training objectives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance (must hold and maintain).
  • Sec+ Certification (must hold or obtain within 6 months of starting).
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
