For our client, we are seeking a Software Developer, Web to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will help build and improve web applications that support a fast-moving consumer-focused business. You will partner closely with technical peers to make strong architectural decisions, deliver reliable user experiences, and keep the product performing well in production. The position also calls for hands-on problem solving, thoughtful collaboration, and mentoring that helps raise the bar across the team. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Lead technical challenges and guide key technical decisions Make hands-on contributions both independently and collaboratively Troubleshoot complex production issues effectively Ensure high-quality test coverage in line with continuous delivery Coach and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and setting examples Qualifications 3+ years of experience building applications with React 3+ years of experience with TypeScript Strong investigative debugging skills for high availability production environments Experience delivering web experiences that meet accessibility, performance, and SEO standards Proficient in driving high-quality test coverage Understanding of the full tech stack, including API design and system architecture Benefits Access to healthcare plans Flexible working hours Generous time off policies Employee wellbeing allowance Market leading maternity and paternity schemes Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
