About the Opportunity:The Web Engineer will contribute to developing and scaling the organization's mortgage servicing platform. This role involves building robust infrastructure to comply with evolving regulations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective customer experiences. The position is critical in driving software solutions that support the organization's mission to modernize a complex financial sector. 3. Responsibilities:Learn and apply new technologies to solve challenging problemsDesign and build scalable infrastructure meeting complex regulatory requirementsGain deep industry knowledge to inform software developmentCollaborate with Product and Design teams to enhance customer experience 4. Requirements:Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience building scalable applicationsStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaborationProven ability to build scalable systems from scratch with rapid deliveryExperience in web or mobile application development, large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure managementEffective time management in fast-paced environments 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base Compensation Band: $150,000 to $265,000 depending on seniorityCompetitive salary with equity stake and 401(k) plan 6.
