Job Title: Web Developer (with Workday)

Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote Must work EST Hours)

Rate: $60-65 on 1099

• Frontend Development

Experience developing frontend applications integrated with Workday

UX Focus Workday: 1-2+ Years Hands-on Project Experience

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Design and model business processes and system integrations
• Build and support web-based solutions using technologies such as HTML5, Java, JavaScript, or similar (Workday Extend)
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution
• Perform system performance analysis and tuning
• Support full lifecycle development activities including design, development, testing, and implementation

• Development experience in JavaScript, Python, Java, or other modern technologies
• 1-2 years of experience in Workday Integration Development
• Hands-on experience with: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors
• Strong understanding of integration technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML/XSLT, APIs and web services
• Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and problem resolution
• Development experience in JavaScript, Python, Java, or other modern technologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness and aptitude to learn and grow within the Workday platform
• Experience building Workday Extend Applications (Plus)
