Talent Management
The Regional Trust Team Leader oversees a team of Trust Officers, Trust Administrators, and Trust Professionals who manage client relationships where we serve as a trustee or agent for trustee. The role requires technical expertise in the trusts and estates space, management expertise, and a track record of success in growing and managing an ultra-high net worth (UHNW) client-focused business.
Client Relationship Management
- Work with Trust Officers and market partners to deepen existing client relationships and provide the best client experience.
- Partner with Private Bank advisors to coordinate client strategy and participate in key client engagements.
Risk Management
- Guide Trust Officers on fiduciary matters and ensure the trust teams meet regular metrics around account reviews and maintenance.
- Approve discretionary actions taken by the firm as a fiduciary.
Sales Management
- Articulate J.P. Morgan's value proposition as a leader in the fiduciary space.
- Drive a consistent opportunity pipeline and expand the footprint of fiduciary solutions across the region.
