Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and team coaching sessions to enhance advisor skills in communication, client acquisition, and retention, while fostering behaviors that support continuous growth.
- Act as the primary stakeholder for the execution and adoption of GDWM and the GPS platform in the region of coverage by obtaining an in-depth knowledge of business unit/function and obtaining a subject matter expertise in GDWM and the GPS platform (including Pacing Model and other features agnostic to GDWM).
- Assist advisors in implementing effective prospecting and consultative revenue-generating techniques to expand their practice and embrace a growth mindset.
- Lead workshops on topics such as client relationship management, goal-setting, and business development strategies that encourage behavioral change.
- Track advisor progress against development plans and provide actionable feedback to reinforce desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to embed growth-oriented behaviors into team practices and development programs.
- Support delivery of our wealth management value proposition thru digital capabilities in GPS and Private Passport.
- Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and best-practice guides that support behavioral change and advisor success.
- Proactively gather and share insights from key stakeholders to inform and refine ongoing process improvements and digital solutions.
- Highlight and elevate advisor success stories for broader visibility across the Practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or sales coaching.
- Proven ability to influence and drive behavioral change within teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training or coaching roles within financial services preferred.
Success Metrics
- Improvement in advisor KPIs (conversion rates, client retention, AUM growth).
- Positive feedback scores from coaching sessions.
- Increased adoption of growth-oriented behaviors across advisor teams.
Benefits
Salary Range: $114,500 - 194,700 USD
