The Opportunity

  • Leverage Your Network: Build a business rooted in relationships you already have, helping people you know make informed, confident financial decisions.
  • Client Ownership from Day One: Unlike many firms, you build and retain ownership of your client relationships from the start, establishing real long-term equity in the business you build.
  • Income Support & Performance Upside: A 2-year training stipend plus commission model supports your transition into the role while you build your book — so your success and effort directly drive your income.
  • A Structured Path into Advising: Structured onboarding, mentorship, and training help you make a confident transition into financial services, whatever your background.
  • Comprehensive Support: You're backed by a dedicated in-house team across marketing, financial planning, product solutions, and compliance — so you can stay focused on the relationships that got you here.
  • Collaborative, Entrepreneurial Culture: A team-oriented environment where advisors are supported, challenged, and celebrated as they grow their careers.
