Skills & Experience
- A strong personal or professional network built through prior experience in fields like sales, real estate, healthcare, education, or the military
- Willingness to obtain State Life & Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses (sponsorship provided)
- Strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and clearly expressing ideas with clients and team members
- Motivated, collaborative, and coachable, with a genuine interest in helping others reach their goals
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
