Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or a related field.
• Experience with advanced planning technology and structured mentorship programs.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$200,000 - $230,000 at plan
