About the role

Citi’s Wealth Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program starting in July. The program begins with an in-depth training program, followed by a placement process where you will be matched with a team in Citi Wealth based on your interests and business needs. Citi Global Wealth is a unified wealth platform serving clients across the wealth continuum, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, affluent and high-net-worth segments, and workplace wealth management.

During the program, you will:

• Be exposed to different areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office, and Chief Investment Office
• Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions
• Directly contribute to analytics and proposals to enhance client experience
• Explore all areas of Citi Wealth while building a strong professional network and contributing to business priorities

Requirements

• Passion for helping influential individuals and their families navigate wealth complexities, identify global opportunities, and manage risk
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
• Preferred GPA of 3.4+

Pay

Annual Base Salary: $100,000

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $58,656.00 - $150,640.00
