About the role

Citi is looking for Analysts to join the Citi Wealth Analyst Program, a two-year Rotational Analyst Program starting in July. The program begins with an in-depth training program, followed by a placement process where you will be matched with a team in Citi Wealth based on your interests and business needs. Citi Global Wealth is a unified wealth platform serving clients across the wealth continuum, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, affluent and high-net-worth segments, and workplace wealth management.

We provide the knowledge and skills you need to succeed, with a commitment to teaching you the ropes. The program offers exposure to different areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office, and Chief Investment Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions.
• Directly contribute to analytics and proposals to enhance client experience.
• Explore all areas of Citi Wealth while building a strong professional network and contributing to business priorities.

Requirements

• Passion for helping influential individuals and their families navigate the complexities of wealth, identify global opportunities, and manage risk.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• No requirement for U.S. work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred GPA of 3.4+.

Pay

Annual Base Salary: $100,000.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $58,656.00 - $150,640.00.
