About the role

Citi is looking for Full Time Analysts to join the Wealth Analyst Program. We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. The two-year Rotational Analyst Program starts in July and begins with a several-weeks-long, in-depth training program. After a placement process based on your interests and our business needs, you will be matched with a team in Citi Wealth, a unified wealth platform that serves clients across the wealth continuum.

Citi Wealth serves ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices through Citi Private Bank, operates in the affluent and high-net-worth segments through Citigold® and Citigold Private Client, and captures wealth management in the workplace through Global Wealth at Work. We also have a leading investment solutions platform, which allows us to deliver traditional and alternative investments, managed account solutions, best-in-class research, and advice for all Citi clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services to clients with guidance from the Banker teams
• Have a well-rounded experience across our core products: Banking, Investments, Lending, and Wealth Planning
• Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions
• Leverage Citi’s proprietary asset allocation model and analytical tools to optimize clients’ portfolios
• Directly contribute to client analytics and proposals
• Explore and develop new business opportunities

Requirements

We want to hear from you if you are passionate about helping some of the world’s most influential individuals and their families navigate the complexities of wealth, identifying global opportunities, while helping to manage risk. You are graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.

• Sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and efficiently

• Candidates must pass SIE, Series 7, and Series 66

Pay

Annual Salary: $100,000

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $58,656.00 - $150,640.00

In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
