About the role

Citi’s Global Wealth Summer Analyst Program is a ten‑week opportunity that begins with a robust training period in June, followed by placement on a Wealth team for the summer. Interns gain exposure to Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, the Chief Operating Office and the Chief Investment Office, partner with private bankers and investment professionals, contribute to analytics and client‑focused proposals, and build a professional network while supporting business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be exposed to different areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office and Chief Investment Office
• Partner with private bankers, investment professionals and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions
• Directly contribute to analytics and proposals to enhance client experience
• Explore all areas of Citi Wealth while building a strong professional network and contributing to business priorities

Requirements

• You are passionate about helping some of the world's most influential individuals and their families navigate the complexities of wealth, identifying global opportunities, while helping to manage risk.
• You are graduating between December 2027‑June 2028
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
• Preferred GPA of 3.4+

Pay

Annual Base Salary: $100,000 (with a full‑time salary range of $40,990.00 – $150,640.00). Discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards may also be available for eligible employees.
