Wealth and Trust Associate

Responsibilities

  • Handle requests and resolve issues for clients
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Set up new accounts and prepare/upload new account documents
  • Manage document workflow for tax processing
  • Prepare and upload documentation for trust accounts
  • Create and maintain customer online trust profiles
  • Communicate with trust administrators regarding client needs
  • Facilitate employee retirement processes for managed retirement plans
  • Communicate with trust administrators regarding account requirements and organizational needs

Requirements

  • 3 years trust or banking experience
  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, or law is a plus
  • Reasonable math and accounting skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of trust and investment management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle complex requests
  • Patience working with a diverse client base
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Passion for excellence and willingness to provide back-up support

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • College degree preferred but not required
