Responsibilities
- Handle requests and resolve issues for clients
- Build long-term client relationships
- Set up new accounts and prepare/upload new account documents
- Manage document workflow for tax processing
- Prepare and upload documentation for trust accounts
- Create and maintain customer online trust profiles
- Communicate with trust administrators regarding client needs
- Facilitate employee retirement processes for managed retirement plans
- Communicate with trust administrators regarding account requirements and organizational needs
Requirements
- 3 years trust or banking experience
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or law is a plus
- Reasonable math and accounting skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of trust and investment management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex requests
- Patience working with a diverse client base
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Passion for excellence and willingness to provide back-up support
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- College degree preferred but not required
