Wealth Associate
Job Overview
The primary role of the Wealth Associate is to provide investment support to an advisor or team of advisors, including all daily, monthly, and annual research and reporting tasks to support the end-client's needs. The Wealth Associate helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients through their support role.
Responsibilities
- Aid Financial Advisors in investment research and financial planning
- Create customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients
- Support client relationship building and business development activities
- Perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
- Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Series 7 and Series 66
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
- Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
- Ability to analyze and research information
- Prior customer service experience (financial services background preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM applications
Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $80,443.00 - $134,003.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
