Responsibilities
- Handle requests and resolve issues for clients.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Set up new accounts and prepare/upload new account documents.
- Manage document workflow for tax processing.
- Prepare and upload documentation for trust accounts.
- Create and maintain customer online trust profiles.
- Communicate with trust administrators regarding client needs.
- Facilitate employee retirement processes for managed retirement plans.
- Communicate with trust administrators regarding new account requirements and organizational needs.
Requirements
- 3 years trust or banking experience.
- Background in Finance, Accounting, or law (a plus).
- Reasonable math and accounting skills.
- Strong PC skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of trust and general investment principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex requests.
- Patience working with a diverse client base.
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Demonstrate energy, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other support and operations departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; college degree a plus, but not required.
