Responsibilities

  • Handle requests and resolve issues for clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Set up new accounts and prepare/upload new account documents.
  • Manage document workflow for tax processing.
  • Prepare and upload documentation for trust accounts.
  • Create and maintain customer online trust profiles.
  • Communicate with trust administrators regarding client needs.
  • Facilitate employee retirement processes for managed retirement plans.
  • Communicate with trust administrators regarding new account requirements and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 3 years trust or banking experience.
  • Background in Finance, Accounting, or law (a plus).
  • Reasonable math and accounting skills.
  • Strong PC skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of trust and general investment principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle complex requests.
  • Patience working with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrate energy, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with other support and operations departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; college degree a plus, but not required.
