What You'll Do
- Represent the organization and the department.
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients in meeting their financial needs and assisting them with clarifying, and then developing a plan to meet their financial planning goals.
- Manage client portfolios to assure conformity with client risk tolerance and goals.
- Develop new business and additions to existing accounts to meet annual financial goals.
- Work in collaboration with other Wealth Advisors, Retail Market Managers, Commercial Lenders, and other organization contacts.
- Develop new business by contacting centers of influence (COIs), prospects, and clients.
- Cross-sell services including: DDA and savings accounts, cash management/deposit services, commercial loan services, and home mortgage loans.
- Manage the client relationship for accounts developed or assigned.
- Cookordination client communications and work closely with department employees on administrative, operational and investment issues to ensure the quality of the client experience.
- Maintain client satisfaction to maximize retention and increase sales opportunities.
- Provide technical planning and investment expertise to department staff, organization employees, clients, and centers of influence.
- Use expertise to assist other Department officers in resolving client issues and complaints.
- Foster client goodwill to Department clients and non-Department organization clients by providing guidance and resources on financial planning and investment issues.
- Administer investment management, IRA, endowment, and custody accounts in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations, including without limitation Department and Board charter and directives, FDIC standards, the Prudent Investor Act, and the Uniform Principal and Income Act.
What You Must Have
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Trust and/or Investment business development capabilities/experience.
- Experience in trust administration, trust investment, or financial advisory services.
