Primary Responsibilities
- Leads the client relationship team and ensures the client has access to all resources and solutions of the firm.
- Collaborates with Client Managers, Custom Credit, Investment Advisors, and Trust Officers to assess client's financial situation, goals, and objectives to develop comprehensive wealth management strategies.
- Prioritizes short-term and long-term client needs based on financial analysis.
- Develops and implements sales strategies to grow the client base and promote the full range of financial services.
- Coordinates team communication and activities to manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely progression of prospects through the sales cycle.
- Manages and reviews client relationships to ensure client goals and objectives are met.
- Adheres to compliance and operational risk controls as outlined by the company and relevant regulations.
- Maintains an inclusive environment that aligns with M&T Bank's brand values.
- Maintains internal control standards and addresses any issues raised by audits or regulators.
- Maintains registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act.
Scope Of Responsibilities
This position significantly impacts the revenue growth of the Wealth Advisory business and the fee income of the Bank.
Education And Experience
- Required: Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, or a combined minimum of 11 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years of sales experience in the high net worth and ultra high net worth client segment.
- PREFERRED: Securities licensing, CFP, CTFA, CPA designation, MBA, or JD.
Pay
$116,400.00 - $194,000.00 Annual (USD)
