Wealth Advisor
About the role
The Wealth Advisor is part of a team that partners with clients to identify financial goals, analyze their financial landscape, and develop recommendations to help them achieve well-defined financial objectives. This role involves managing time and resources efficiently, developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans, tailoring investment strategies, and working in a team environment to grow the book of business through referrals.
Responsibilities
- Manages time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Develops and implements strategic and tactical plans with strong consideration to client challenges
- Tailors investment strategies for clients, identifying objectives and constraints including regulatory issues, liquidity needs, and tax implications
- Reviews client information, including financial statements, risk investment profile, and cash availability
- Works in a team environment to grow book of business through identifying value-add products and services for clients and developing additional business through referrals
- Performs investment research and stays informed of developments in security markets to provide clients with up-to-date financial guidance
- Maintains a book of business and meets or exceeds annual sales targets in a team environment
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Work Experience Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- FINRA Registrations: SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
Qualifications
- Financial Services Experience: 3+ years preferred
- Experience with TIAA Products/Services: Acumen, Wealth Due Diligence, Wealth Management

Benefits
Base Pay Range: $80,000/yr - $95,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
