About the role

Serves as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, delivering a comprehensive wealth management experience that integrates banking solutions, investment strategies, and holistic financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers a comprehensive wealth management experience that integrates banking solutions, investment strategies, and holistic financial planning.
  • Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams to craft and execute creative solutions for the client.
  • Proactively identifies and executes growth opportunities within existing client relationships, drives increased wallet share through strategic cross-selling and relationship deepening initiatives.
  • Drives complex acquisition strategies for “One Client” delivery through partnerships with Retail, Commercial and Capital Markets.
  • Develops and executes the business development strategy, sales targets and the sales results for the assigned region.
  • Develops internal and external networks and referral sources to grow business in the assigned portfolio / jurisdiction.
  • Enhances presence in the marketplace by collaborating with other experts (e.g. internal team, outside attorneys, accountants) to create integrated business development plan.
  • Acts as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned client relationships.
  • Learns and leads / assists with creation business proposals or presentations (e.g. relationship plans, financial plans and reviews).
  • Leads Annual Client Review with team members to evaluate changing needs, increase communication with client, and implement the client experience.
  • Produces client reports that demonstrate the value provided and assesses clients at-risk for retention.
  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives, based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
  • Ensures timely execution of transactions and requests.
  • Maintains rigorous risk management practices across all client solutions.
  • Operates at a group/enterprise-wide level and serves as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

MBA certification preferred.

Certified Financial Planner is preferred.

Broad knowledge of all facets of wealth management.

In-depth / expert knowledge of Bank products, services and capabilities.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
