DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring a Front Desk Receptionist! Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the first point of contact for the company, representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy at all times. You will greet visitors upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate departments in accordance with company procedures, and respond to basic inquiries. Additionally, you will manage incoming phone calls—screening, routing, and taking detailed messages—while also providing general information as needed. The role also includes administrative support using QuickBooks and other software programs to assist in the smooth operation of daily business activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate departments in accordance with company procedures, and respond to basic inquiries.
• Manage incoming phone calls—screening, routing, and taking detailed messages—while also providing general information as needed.
• Provide administrative support using QuickBooks and other software programs to assist in the smooth operation of daily business activities.
• Greet clients/corporate managers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and preparing documents for meetings.
• Manage a multi‑line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly while maintaining professionalism.
• Communicate messages to all appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Handle mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed.
• Monitor and order office supplies in collaboration with the facilities or procurement team.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company’s commitment to high standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
