Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWC's proprietary techniques.
• Work a variety of shifts, including at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.
• Use the proprietary comfort wax to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWC's proprietary products to maintain their results at home.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures.
• Manage dynamic scheduling to meet guests' needs.

Requirements

An active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas is strictly required. Not licensed yet? Join the UPMA family as a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to master our culture and guest experience while you finish your hours.

Qualifications

• A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• You are open and comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests.
• You are coachable and eager to master new techniques through our world-class training.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, sanitized waxing environment.

Pay

• Guaranteed Base + Tips + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses
• New specialists typically earn $16–$19+ per hour (total comp).
• Our top-tier specialists earn $20–$25+ per hour.
