Responsibilities

• Use proprietary comfort wax to deliver exceptional service for men and women.
• Perform full-body waxing services following EWC's proprietary techniques.
• Work flexible hours, including at least one full weekend day per week.
• Educate guests on waxing frequency and recommend EWC's proprietary products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite.
• Work collaboratively in a Hub-let setting during training.

Requirements

An active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas is strictly required. Not licensed yet? Join the UPMA family as a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to master our culture and guest experience while you finish your hours.

Qualifications

• A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• Comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests.
• Coachable and eager to master new techniques through training.

Skills

• Confidence in performing full-body waxing services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay

• Guaranteed Base + Tips + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses
• New specialists typically earn $16–$19+ per hour (total comp).
• Top-tier specialists earn $20–$25+ per hour.
