Responsibilities
- Use proprietary comfort wax to deliver exceptional service for men and women.
- Perform high-quality full-body waxing services following EWC's proprietary techniques.
- Work flexible schedules, including at least one full weekend day per week.
- Educate guests on waxing frequency and recommend EWC's proprietary products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite.
- Work collaboratively in a Hub-let environment during training.
Requirements
An active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas is strictly required. Not licensed yet? Join the UPMA family as a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to start your journey while you complete your hours.
Qualifications
- A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
- Comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests.
- Coachable and eager to master new techniques through training.

Pay
- Guaranteed base + tips + uncapped commission & bonuses
- New specialists typically earn $16–$19+ per hour (total comp).
- Top-tier specialists earn $20–$25+ per hour.
