Requirements

• Experience: If applicant does not have a four-year degree, they must have a minimum of 2 years of college and 2 years Chamberlin experience or five years construction experience and/or professional sales and customer relations experience.
• Skills: Microsoft office, English speaking, bilingual preferred
• Abilities/Requirements: Ability to read and understand construction documents, Familiarity with general construction items, Exceptional written and oral communication skills, Problem solving and dispute resolution skills, Strong work ethic/self-starter, Negotiation and relationship building skills (sales ability)
• Career ambition to move up within Chamberlin
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to climb scaffolding, stairs, ladders (standing, stooping, bending, lifting, etc.)

Qualifications
