Waterpark Desk Attendant

About the role

As a Waterpark Desk Attendant, you’re the friendly face that kicks off every guest’s splash-filled adventure! You’ll handle ticket sales, answer curious questions, and make sure everyone’s visit starts with a smile. Whether you’re ringing up wristbands or solving mysteries like missing goggles, you’ll help keep the good vibes (and the water) flowing all day long!

Responsibilities

• Welcome, Wave, Repeat! Greet every guest like they’re about to have the best day ever (because they are!). Handle admissions and help everyone get started on their splashy adventure.
• Sell the Fun Stuff: Run the front gate sales — from lockers to water diapers to awesome park gear. Master the Point-of-Sale system and keep that cash drawer balanced like a pro.
• Be a Guest Hero: Whether it’s answering questions, solving mini-mysteries, or helping with directions, handle it all with patience, politeness, and plenty of smiles.
• Keep It Fresh: Help keep restrooms shiny and stocked (because clean = happy guests). Tidy up lockers, collect lost treasures, and make sure everything’s ready for the next wave of visitors.
• Party Assistant Extraordinaire: Help guests check in for birthday parties and group events — because nothing says “best day ever” like a smooth party setup!
• Safety First (and Second, and Third!): Help enforce waterpark rules to keep everyone safe and having fun. You’re part of the team that makes the park awesome and secure.

Requirements

• You’re 16 or older and ready to join the fun!
• You don’t mind trading a few evenings, weekends, or holidays for some extra cash (and maybe some awesome stories to tell).
• You’ve got energy, a great attitude, and a smile that won’t quit!
