Water Park Program Attendant

Responsibilities

  • Monitor safe passage of members' entrance into the Waterpark and those using the pool slide.
  • In an emergency, provide crowd control and/or assist with clearing pools.
  • Always observe and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintain proper usage of pool areas and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with members and guests.
  • Provide personal attention to all participants through a proactive, welcoming approach.
  • Maintain progressive knowledge of all programs and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with Camden Kroc employees and customers.
  • Wear standard apparel in accordance with the Salvation Army Camden Kroc Aquatics Department and exhibit a professional appearance while on duty.
  • Attend required staff meetings and in-service training.
  • Carry out The Salvation Army mission in your actions and words during your employment.
  • Ensure that the ultimate goal of spiritual, emotional, and physical regeneration of all people.

Qualifications

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Must complete Waterslide Rules Training on the first day of employment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 45 pounds or more.
  • Understand and support The Salvation Army’s mission as a church and a social services organization.
