Job Objective
The Kroc Attendant will perform various duties including cleaning exercise machines and program spaces, facilitating and/or assisting with programs and events, checking out/in equipment, assisting with score keeping, activity, and class prep & cleanup for the St. Joseph County Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate equipment check-in and out procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned area and its equipment, following departmental-specific guidelines
- Return all equipment to the proper location
- Report all equipment breakdowns according to departmental procedure
- Enforce all safety guidelines that pertain to the assigned area on a constant and consistent basis
- General Duties for All Attendants in all departments
- Able to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership, field personnel, and clientele
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products and the ability to learn electronic reporting systems
Qualifications
- Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
- Certifications: Must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 30 days of employment.
- Able to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership, field personnel, and clientele.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products and the ability to learn electronic reporting systems.
