Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established territory of water works customers
  • Achieve sales, gross margin, and market penetration goals
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and estimators
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with vendor partners to bring value-driven solutions to customers
  • Stay consistently engaged with customers to anticipate needs and deliver service that stands out
  • Support company initiatives, promotions, and strategic growth efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in water works, irrigation, or related industry preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and margin goals
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, developers, estimators, and internal teams
  • Skilled in sales strategy, territory management, and CRM tools
  • Comfortable using business software and technology in daily work
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow your territory

Qualifications

  • Experience in the water works, irrigation, or related industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business software
