About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions based on project specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure software quality
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of database design and SQL
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
